CCUSD Preschools Earn Accreditation

Early childhood programs at three Cave Creek Unified School District preschools have earned NAC accreditation for the next three years for their high standards in care and education of the area’s young children.

Desert Sun Academy, Horseshoe Trails Elementary and Cactus Shadows East received accreditation awards for their programs based on their promotion of preschoolers’ individual growth and development, as well as professional training opportunities for staff. Each program also demonstrated that it exceeds minimum state licensing requirements for child care programs.

All parents, staff members and administrators for Desert Sun, Horseshoe Trails and Cactus Shadows Child’s Play Learning Center preschools are to be congratulated for achieving this level of excellence.
