The experts at HedZ Salon in Anthem set to work. Michele Tinto reshaped her hair to add layers and added color and highlights to soften her look. Erica has curly hair, so Michele used Alterna Straightening Balm to ease the frizz and a finishing pomade to help keep it smooth. Dallas Jones, a new Acrylic Nail Technician from Scottsdale , did a manicure and pedicure. Erica also had a natural-looking make-up application to accent her already pretty features.

The result? A totally new look. And more importantly, "I loved it!" says Erica. "It felt good to be pampered." After her day at HedZ Salon and her new attitude, she put on a new outfit and splurged on a night out with her friends.
